Return and Refund Policy

 All of our handmade squishy building‑block fidget toys are handcrafted items.
 Due to the soft, squeezable nature of fidget squishy products, once opened and squeezed, goods cannot be resold. Therefore all sales are final.
 We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges or refunds for personal preference, softness feel, slight colour difference or minor handmade traces.
 Only for goods damaged upon arrival:
 Buyers must provide clear photos and short videos showing complete package and damaged squishy within 3 business days after parcel delivery.
 After our verification, partial refund or replacement service will be available.
 ‑Shipping fees are non‑refundable under any circumstances.
 ‑Return request beyond 3 business days will not be accepted.
 ‑Squishy toys with squeeze marks, fingerprints, scratch caused by customer use cannot qualify for refund or replacement.
