Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Hand‑made squishy building‑block fidget toys require production time. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include international shipping transit time.

2. International Shipping
We deliver worldwide. Standard international shipping normally takes 7‑20 business days. Delivery delays may happen because of customs clearance, local postal service or public holidays.

3. Import Duty
Import tax, customs duties from destination country shall be borne by buyers. We cannot interfere with local customs inspection.

4. Delivery Address
Please double‑check your shipping address before submitting orders. We take no responsibility for mis‑delivery if you provide wrong address information.

5. Lost or delayed package
If your parcel is stuck or delayed, please make inquiry at your local post office firstly. We will assist you to trace shipment by tracking number.
